I could not be more grateful for all the help I received at Ferguson. It was my first time remodeling and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They advised me on things I didn't even know I would need. I can't thank you enough for your time and patience!
Well, went in needing a o-ring and showed the gentleman at the counter the thickness that I needed and he was quick to say they don't have it. Truly was not helpful and didn't want to say let me look it up.
I stopped into this plumbing supply store expecting basic customer service and instead got an associate at the counter who was extremely lewd and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. His attitude made it clear he couldn’t be bothered with my questions, and the overall experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I decided to take my business elsewhere and won’t be returning.
I Needed a Gasket for a Shower Drain and showed them a Picture! Couldn’t Help Me! Went to Home Depot and was Helped!
