Excellent customer service
I went to the store today trying to find a wrench to replace the Royal Prestige water filter in my kitchen, but the store doesn't sell that type of wrench. Roger took the time to explain the replacement process to me in detail—something I am immensely grateful for. Although I can't do the job myself due to my disability—and I can't afford to hire a plumber—I truly appreciate the patience and time he took to explain it to me. Eric, the store manager, was also very attentive.
