Kayla at Ferguson on Northside Boulevard is fantastic. Her expertise in identifying the right contactor and capacitor for our AC condenser using just the model number was impressive. She was super helpful, pleasant, and even gave me great instructions on how to do the replacement myself.
I had a great experience working with Brayden Spooner at Ferguson. He went above and beyond to help me work through a return and get the receipt I needed. Brayden was extremely professional, courteous, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Absolutely horrible company. We set up job accounts so that Ferguson would back us should a builder default on us. Ferguson and the credit team turned their backs on us and retained a lawyer against us for the builders default. Even though Ferguson has a lien on their property. This has been the second nasty experience since the last lady Before S. M. was representing the credit team.
