We needed a pressure tank for a home I property manage so called Ferguson at 5 minutes to 5:00. My call was put on hold and no one ever came back on. I drove up to their Ontario store exactly at 5:00 while still on hold. Two employees were driving out of the parking lot and the store was buttoned up tight. My tenants had to find a place to stay for the night as they had no water. Had one of the staff answered the phone or waited until 5:00 to close the family wouldn't have been displaced.
