Bad moth customer service
Lazy employees don’t want to help
Went there to get some advice on replacing a tub waste drain. Explained my situation and the employee I spoke with couldn’t have been less helpful. He literally opened a catalog while I was sitting there looking for advice and began doing what I assume is another task. Walked out empty handed and no closer to solving my issue. Don’t expect to get any professional help.
I bought a 5 ton 20 Seer heat pump from this company. I paid them over $9,500.00 not including installation. It has been nothing but trouble. After three years I am told that I have to pay almost $2,000.00 to replace the compressor which is under warranty. I am also told that I will be reimbursed. Most of the phone calls to Ferguson were never returned. I am a landlord with over fifty years in business. These people give horrible customer service. Worst HVAC equipment I have ever purchased.
I am a hvac contractor and I have ordered 2 compressors for a rheem unit and both times they were bad out of the box. Can never get anyone on phone:
