They usually have what I need. All nice people and they are knowledgeable.
Counter staff member was too busy shoving popcorn into his face instead of being helpful. Didn’t know what a simple common hot surface igniter was. Waste of time. You try to give business to a local company but instead your time is wasted.
When the big box stores didn't have what I needed, Ferguson did. They advised on how to fix the problem with dated plumbing done incorrectly.
Love this place, great employees, awesome manager. Love getting all my HVAC needs here.
