Overconfidence but incompetent. I brought the part to be compared to ensure exact replacement. Unfortunately, the gentleman who helped me just wanted to know the toilet brand without even asking toilet model/type either dual flush, two piece or piece. I mentioned that I had the part number and brought along the old part. He said he know it already.
