Came in to order cleaning brushes for a Burnham boiler v8 series, and the sales associate showed me copper pipe brushes.... he also said they don't carry boilers or boiler parts. Then he said he needed the part numbers for the cleaning brushes. I offered the model number of the burner. He said nope I need the part numbers. I'm giving Ferguson Plumbing Supply Hagerstown store a 5 star review because 10 stars is not an option. Quint helped us and his customer service skills and plumbing knowledge are AWESOME! As I was attempting to describe a PEX to pipe thread fitting I was looking for, Quint already had it in hand! Thanks to Quint, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes!
