Nice guys and had the exact part in stock that no one else had! Highly recommend! TLDR: Decided to do a DIY project. Our bathtub was dripping so I took out the cartridge and bought another at a big box store. (Supposedly an aftermarket that should have worked). Nope! Water coming out full blast even in the off position. Quickly turned off water at the main. NOBODY in town had this exact cartridge for Price Pfister since it’s rare. Four years ago when I purchased my home I did some remodeling and bought an oven and a warming drawer from Ferguson. I worked with Kelly. Since then, my dishwasher broke and is irreparable so I went to Google maps to find out Ferguson’s hours, the hours were not listed.
