Four years ago when I purchased my home I did some remodeling and bought an oven and a warming drawer from Ferguson. I worked with Kelly. Since then, my dishwasher broke and is irreparable so I went to Google maps to find out Ferguson’s hours, the hours were not listed. It showed the address that I was familiar with from my trip there four years ago so I called to find out the hours. I was shocked at how rude the receptionist was on the phone.
