Organized, fast service, well stocked.
I had an ungreat experience. Called asking about a specific part and was told it was in stock and available. Immediately drove across state lines to go buy it only to be told that part was not available around here and would have to be ordered. -1 stars, boo
I just needed to get a part for a piece of commercial plumbing. First I went to the store and was told they have never heard of replacing any parts and I should call the manufacturer directly. I contacted the mfg and got a specific part number and told to order through a wholesaler like Ferguson, who probably should have just messaged their rep in the first place. I called and was told they would have to contact a rep for pricing and to give me contact info and they'd get it ordered but it might take a few days, then no cont... read more
