Called the phone number to place an order for a bathtub and wanted to use Synchrony Ferguson credit card that web site is not accepting. Have so many questions and no answers: 1.Why the website would not allow to use a Ferguson credit card when trying to place an order online. 2.Called the store and spent 30 minutes on call with a sleepy lady that wasn't able to help me out. Hi there, so I had a very stressful time with a new construction house and choosing what type of sink I would need for my bathroom Mr. Byers helped me out calmed me down and kept it so honest with me!!!! It was a blessing to have this experience as a woman and not feel like I was taken advantage of… bravo
We tried everything to get our commercial ice machine connected to the water line and it was completely hopeless until we came to Ferguson. It was a tricky situation that they were able to help us figure out and now our ice machine is up and running! Ferguson is the place to go for any plumbing puzzles you can’t figure out on your own!
If you’re going to renovate your bathrooms, definitely go here first! We made the mistake of ordering our Kohler products from Amazon and realized we were missing some important key items. Ferguson’s Jamil B. was amazing and patiently took the time to go through our order and figured out what we needed. He was also kind enough to speak with our plumber. Jamil went above and beyond and I am so glad he was there when I stopped by! He was super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place!
