This is an excellent establishment.
I had two friendly staff members help me at Ferguson Plumbing Supply today, that went way above outstanding customer service. First the store manager, who was assisting me, was supportive in thinking outside the box to solve a broken one of a kind shower holder. The first half of the problem was solved by improvising. When I went to pay I asked Jesse for his recommendation on the second half that was required. I needed to make three adjustments to the part I purchased in order for it to work. Walked in the store without knowing what to do. They were kind, friendly and very helpful. They knew exactly what I needed.
Well first of all, I have to give a big shout out to Javier for fully keeping this location stocked with tankless waters and the rest of the parts that is needed for my jobs. I’m able to provide service to our customers as a plumber knowing confidently that I’m going to pick up a tankless water heater for the job of the day and install without a hassle.
