Unfortunately I have to write a very bad review. The showroom and selection is great, the team and organization seems very nice but when it came to getting our order and the follow up it is very unprofessional: we ordered all new faucets, shower and appliances for our house- shower trims were ordered wrong and after weeks of back and forth we had missed inspections and items were on backorder. Paola helped us by showing possible alternatives and narrowing down selections based on our preferences (type, color, water pressure, shape design, etc.) and compatibility with the existing plumbing system. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Tried to contact the vendor online to replace two bathroom sink drains, on warrantee, that were collecting mold. No response. When to the store and Oscar L. immediately called the vendor and I was sent two new sink drains. What great customer service! Thank you 😊
