This place is amazing and I’ll probably never go back to Home Depot. The people here are knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Glen. Walked me through my entire bathroom remodel without scoffing that I was a girl and in over my head. Gave me so much confidence!
Terrible customer service. Cannot reach anyone by phone without complex process of transfers. How do these clowns stay in business? I guess they sell mostly to contractors as they seem highly disinterested in individual customers.
