Customer service here is non existent now. I’m so disappointed. I did a huge remodel about 5 years ago and had the best experience. Now, I’ve tried 3 times in the past couple weeks to get help with some purchases, and was told to “look online” or “contact the dealer direct” and their showroom is closed! Better off at Lowe’s . This is just poor management.

I'm so disappointed with the lack of assistance from Ferguson's Boone store. I've always enjoyed remodeling/building homes in Texas, and Ferguson's was always my 1st stop. This time I purchased 2 Jenn Air's - 1 is the convection/microwave combination, the 2nd is the steam oven. The microwave is so LOUD it's difficult to have a conversation. I sent a video to the sales rep i was working with, she responded, 'That is horrible, i would want that in my kitchen either'. I asked if i could exchange it, get a credit, anything. Can’t get materials when promised in Boone nc store. Will not return calls, lie to you saying their phone doesn’t work but will call you back, or with a customer and hours later no call. Missing materials from order or damaged. Will not use them anymore! You’ve been warned
