I'm so disappointed with the lack of assistance from Ferguson's Boone store. I've always enjoyed remodeling/building homes in Texas, and Ferguson's was always my 1st stop. This time I purchased 2 Jenn Air's - 1 is the convection/microwave combination, the 2nd is the steam oven. The microwave is so LOUD it's difficult to have a conversation. I sent a video to the sales rep i was working with, she responded, 'That is horrible, i would want that in my kitchen either'. I asked if i could exchange it, get a credit, anything.
