I tried to return unused supplies and they would not accept them because there was markings on the box. The item was never even removed from the box! They then charged me more than Ferguson Home on-line for other supplies telling me that they did not have to sell it at the on line price. They told me that the on-line prices were “irrelevant”!They were very unfriendly and could not even print out a copy of a correct itemized invoice. Very incompetent staff. Horrible experience.

I had a great experience. I badly needed a last minute pressure switch for a well pump. They had a couple in stock and agreed to stay open a little late while I drove 40 mins away to pick it up. They saved the day! Thank you!

Customer service here is non existent now. I’m so disappointed. I did a huge remodel about 5 years ago and had the best experience. Now, I’ve tried 3 times in the past couple weeks to get help with some purchases, and was told to “look online” or “contact the dealer direct” and their showroom is closed! Better off at Lowe’s . This is just poor management.

I'm so disappointed with the lack of assistance from Ferguson's Boone store. I've always enjoyed remodeling/building homes in Texas, and Ferguson's was always my 1st stop. This time I purchased 2 Jenn Air's - 1 is the convection/microwave combination, the 2nd is the steam oven. The microwave is so LOUD it's difficult to have a conversation. I sent a video to the sales rep i was working with, she responded, 'That is horrible, i would want that in my kitchen either'. I asked if i could exchange it, get a credit, anything. Afte... read more
