I have to give a big shout out to Johnny! I had been to three of the big box stores to find my shower Ceramic Disc Cartridge Replacements. I was told Ferguson would have the part. So going there was my last hope of getting my shower back up and working in a relative short time. I check the on the wall for the part I needed. I did not see it. Been a customer for 20 years. Prices are absolutely absurd. Tried to charge me $350 plus for tankless flush kit. $177 at home depot 1 mile away. They bank on your employees coming in to buy materials not knowing any better and they take advantage of you. Highly highly do not recommend this place with its new management. This branch will be out of business in 2 years.
