I had a plumbing emergency and tried contacting them via phone. For the last 15 minutes no one answered the phone. I was bounced around by their reps and coincidentally, they told me that no one was available until AFTER they closed. Poor service. I hope they don’t experience what I went through and find themselves in need due to a plumbing emergency. Also, they wanted to charge me a $200 after hours fee for 3 minutes after 12pm. Water heater burst on Thanksgiving day. They were open day after had exactly what I needed and were extremely helpful. Brett had my order pulled quick and was easy to deal with. Better price than box stores also. Grateful for them being open and the employees working on a holiday.
