6:58 am and still not open , it says they open at 6:30am there's no sign or anything saying there's a Change in time for today while I'm standing at the store now waiting and this is one of the big issues with Ferguson , they used to be great and still are in many ways but there seems to be a real lazy way of doing things over the last few years that's made them unpredictable and unreliable in many ways . This is Friday 8/22/25

Worst store visited in life They don't have stock and guys are not interested,They are sleepy at 11 am Going to that store is waste of time

I initially went to Ferguson's warehouse in Alexandria and a gentleman was very helpful and referred me to their showroom near Springfield for more selections.. I just purchased bathroom fixtures from the Springfield showroom which has an expansive display. Bernie is an exceptional salesperson!! He spent so much time explaining brand features and options and I am so appreciative.

Muy mala llegue a las 3:50 el día de ayer y al de la tienda que si no tenían unos conectores de 1 1/2 pero con abrazadera y me contesto de muy mala manera porque cuando llegue estaba en el teléfono termino y le pregunto por que le dije que yo no era plomero que si me podía ayudar y me empezó a gritar y le dije calmado solo te estoy asiendo una pregunta y me fui y lo busque y lo encontré y le dije que iba a hacer un mal comentario y me empezó a desi esque no te entendía pero ya de diferente tono de voz y al final a las 4 ya a... read more
