If I could I would give them a minus star. Four years ago I had a Fujitsu mini split unit installed in my home. Four weeks ago it quit working. Called my installer who came out and checked it. Told me a board was burned up and had to be replaced. He made two more trips out over the next week because Brock-McVey wanted him to check something else.
