Anything that can leak did leak when I purchased Top Brand shower heads, faucets from FERGUSON ENTERPRISES store in St. Paul, MN. I have a video as the shower head leaked from the moment it was installed by Ferguson's recommended licensed plumber. I tried to Post the video, but it did not upload herein. The plumber the moment he installed & saw it leak, he said it's because THE PARTS OF MY SHOWER HEAD FROM FERGUSON HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A DIFFERENT BRAND, SO IT LEAKS.
