The worst possible experience with this place. First, I drove an hour in rush hour and arrived at 4:40pm to pick up a part I ordered only to find out they close at 4:30pm for “winter hours.” You’ve got to be kidding me. Even the main sign says it closes at 5pm (see photo). Then, like a good boy I drove all the way back to the store the next morning at 7am (again through rush hour). Much better place to get small plumbing parts than a traditional retail shop (Home Depot/Ace). Only they had the exact toilet flush handle that we needed and I wish I knew about this place before wasting time at traditional retail shops getting nowhere!

I just placed a phone order with Ferguson Plumbing Supply, and it was such a good experience that I want to leave a review. The woman I spoke to understood what I wanted immediately, and found the exact kitchen sink faucet that is broken in our house. She was very nice, helpful, and professional. It made the transaction a pleasure. I highly recommend this store.
