My clerk ignored my plumbing issue, probably because the dollars were not going to be big enough. Feigned almost complete ignorance as I described my common issue. Never asked a single question. But this man-child temporarily perched at Ferguson cannot troubleshoot. That's a problem in plumbing. I suspect he will soon be on to his next "career" soon enough. I learned today why prices are not posted for items in the store. I picked up 70-80 pipe fittings. On checkout, I should have questioned the higher than expected cost but didn't. I got back to my office to compare prices to McMaster Carr only to find that I paid $225 more than I needed to. I called and quested their prices and was told to come in and talk to the Manager. I guess it can't be discussed on the phone. I know with restocking it won't be worth my time. Lesson learned. Don't buy pipe fittings here. Order from McMas... read more
