I needed a very simple inexpensive plumbing adaptor. It was clear that the guy at the counter had no interest in being bothered to look for the part so he told me to go somewhere else to get it. He did not even attempt to see if he had it. I did go somewhere else--Amazon, and got it delivered the next day. I think I'll save my gas in the future instead of trying to support a local business.
They are always very helpful and have what I need.
