Our toilet flapper valve went bad so I headed to the big box stores in O’Fallon, I thought that this was my only option. Of course they didn’t have what I needed in stock so I started a google search. I tried the plumbing supply store (which I had forgotten about) in north O’Fallon, they had nothing in stock for my Kohler, I have heard that they have changed ownership.
