Not sure why I have spent over half an hour on hold only to end up speaking with someone in Boise when all I needed to do was speak to the Pocatello branch to verify that an order I placed has arrived and been unloaded from the truck. Would have been 5 minutes or less if I had been allowed to speak to the store directly. But phone agents also need to listen to the customer. Unlike the Nampa Store, this store has always taken care of business from sales to parts, to returns. These guys want your business, as a busy HVAC Contractor it’s essential to have then as a resource. I’ve been a customer since they sold York by the mall. Although I’m still a York dealer, I utilize their parts often. Thank you!
