Been going here for awhile, and never had a real issue until last week. I called them to drop off a pair of broken glasses(arm fell off). My husband dropped them off and told the lady the arm fell off and needed repair. 5 days passed and I never heard from them. I called to check on the status of the glasses and they had just been sitting there, broken, all week long!
