Been going here for awhile, and never had a real issue until last week. I called them to drop off a pair of broken glasses(arm fell off). My husband dropped them off and told the lady the arm fell off and needed repair. 5 days passed and I never heard from them. I called to check on the status of the glasses and they had just been sitting there, broken, all week long! When I asked why they didn’t get repaired, the office lady said she personally called me to get more info, but I didn’t answer. She claimed to have left a mess... read more
