Ferguson & Melvin continues to take care of us, two years after the replacement and installation of our home’s roof. We recently noticed some interior ceiling cracking and a small hole forming in our den, and had some concerns there may be some corresponding outside damage to the roof outside. We called F&M, and within days, Robert (our project manager from the previous work) came out to do an inspection. Very knowledgeable roof inspector. Came out assessed the issue and provided the necessary steps on how to move forward with getting my roof issues properly addressed.
The project at hand was rebuilt of a retaining wall. Both Tom, owner of Ferguson and Melvin and the mason, Benjamin did what they are contracted to do in a very timely and professional manner. The job was made more difficult and protracted because we had a very picky inspector. Tom did what he had to do to satisfy the extra demands of the inspector in a way that allowed us to complete the project in reasonable amount of time and expense. I have my roof repair work done by Ferguson & Melvin recently. I would like to recommend this Roofing company because of its timely appointment date set up, prompt and thorough work on the appointment date. In particular, I would like to mention the supervisor of the repair, Mr. Robert Paniagua, who responds to my request for documentation of the work as well as follow-up explanation of details of the repair itself. Job well done!
F&M did a great job in replacing our wood shake shingle roof with fire resistant composition shingles, under the careful and knowledgeable sales and supervision of Robert Paniagua, who carefully explained all the options and was highly responsive throughout. The project was complicated, with high pitches and gables, requiring careful attention to logistics and worker safety. Highly recommend F&M and Robert.
