Always seen in a timely manor and everyone is so friendly
Often times, when people go places they're more quick to leave a bad review rather than good. They were really busy around the time I arrived but they were all generally professional and nice. The lady at checkin was polite and very helpful. The lady who did my vitals was also nice. The nurse practioner, was nice, straight to the point and referred me to a specialist for more treatment. Thanks for your service!!
Went In with my daughter had same symptoms. Was covid symptoms. We was not tested Dr. Brittany acted like she didn't want to treat us. She looked in our ears listened to our lungs and said we have sinus infections lmao, went home and after years of sinus infections I knew loss of smell and taste was not symptoms. We was miserable so I got home tests for covid. Go figure POSITIVE. Looking further into making sure lack of treatment stops and misdiagnosis stops. I have other health issues this is affecting. Poor customer service when you go to urgent care it because you are sick you really are not in mood for attitude will not go back to the Sikeston location
I love all of the doctors, nurses, staff. With a family of five, these people have been my heros. Thank you for being here to help. So glad we can count on all of you. Much apreciated❤
