I love all of the doctors, nurses, staff. With a family of five, these people have been my heros. Thank you for being here to help. So glad we can count on all of you. Much appreciated❤
Absolutely disappointed in this establishment. They don’t take the time to discuss your symptoms to even understand what’s going on, let alone diagnose you correctly. Have been rushed out of the patient rooms twice in the last 30 days by two different dr.s and felt like I was a number and not a person. I used to love this place because I felt the opposite, now it’s like they don’t even care about you. I now have to make another appointment and go to another dr. after wasting money and time here. Do better.
I like everyone at urgent care as well as Ferguson medical center. Everyone is so nice and my Dr is Brittany and she is the best Dr I've ever had. Very thorough, she listens and cares a great deal about patients.
Always seen in a timely manor and everyone is so friendly
Often times, when people go places they're more quick to leave a bad review rather than good. They were really busy around the time I arrived but they were all generally professional and nice. The lady at checkin was polite and very helpful. The lady who did my vitals was also nice. The nurse practioner, was nice, straight to the point and referred me to a specialist for more treatment. Thanks for your service!!
