Took my infant child here for an ear infection and they do not make follow up appointments. Had to schedule again to find out she had another infection and yet again no recheck to see if it came back. I missed my own appointment getting my daughter in because they don't recheck. I was told I cannot see a doctor because the owner decided if people miss appointments they cannot reschedule No wonder they can't get an urgent care started at this place. Find a new pediatrician these people could care less.
