I’m not one to take the time to write a review - however, my terrible experience with Ferguson has demanded that I forewarn the rest of the internet world. We hired Ferguson in the beginning of May. They came out and did a fantastic spring clean up. Then things went QUICKLY downhill. Their subsequent cuts were incomplete. They did don’t weed whack our fence line at all. RecommendedJohn responded to me thru GPP Community page when I asked for recommendations on getting my new patio sealed. Crazy weather not withstanding, his service was prompt and courteous. I'm very pleased with the results. Thanks again John!
John reached out to me via Facebook to say he would love to work with me for a small sod project. He gave me the number to call and set up an appointment back at the end of March. I’ve left 2 messages and spoke with Tom. Tom indicated they would send someone out that day or the next several weeks ago. Now we are in May and there has been no follow up. No quote. I’m happy they have so much work they can ignore requests for additional work.
The team did an amazing job cleaning up our yard this fall and I look forward to them getting it back in shape come spring!
Ferguson takes great pride in their work. They redid all landscaping, removed old trees, and layed new sod. They also do a great job with weekly lawn service. Very reliable...highly recommend!
