Called to get a quote. Lady on phone said immediately: "We don't do box store stuff." Ok. So if I gave you dimensions of what boards I need for a pole barn roof I need to rebuild can I get that quoted. "No we don't do custom stuff." So what is it you do then? "We do furniture grade lumber." (raddles of dimensions) AH, I gotcha so you don't do rough cut wood. "Well it's all rough cut." Awight, thanks for your time. I mean seriously....like tell me what services you provide and stop telling me what you don't do.
