My sister bought a car from Ferguson, and she has loved her experience with them. Today, I took my girlfriends car in for service through their KIA service center, and I could have not asked for a better experience. While waiting they asked if I needed a ride to anywhere, while I waited. Zach Lewis was the service lane manager that guided me through everything. On 5/9/2023 we took our Kia K900 to Ferguson Kia for a cylinder head repair, it is now almost 6 months without our car. This is unacceptable! If they cannot fix it they need to let us know. Our patience is about up. We do not want to take legal action over this. 5 months is plenty of time and now our other car needs work.
