The compressor in my air conditioner went up and it was covered under warranty. Ferguson did not bother to overnight it and they made my contractor pay upfront for a warranty repair. That is absolutely ridiculous. I am asthmatic. I’ve been seven days without air-conditioning and they have been no help not been apologetic. Nothing would not recommend them at all.
