Disappointing I was not "allowed" to purchase an OEM part as those are "reserved for contractors". I took my business elsewhere and was able to fix my AC same day. Website makes it difficult to find out what is in stock, and twice when I called to find out stock, the phone system sent me to Richmond where they cannot see DC stock, so I had to be transferred/placed on hold again.
