Frustrating experience. I called ahead to confirm they had a basic 120V-to-24V transformer, but was sent to an outdated address listed on Google/Apple Maps. After calling back, I was given their actual location and told the address just hasn’t been updated. If I could give a negative rating, I would definitely give this store a -100. The manager went out too long for lunch and couldn't get any help from this. Until I got the parts from other stores, they did nothing.

It’s a very long wait here for the salespeople to serve customers, I waited probably half an hour. No other ferguson has been there for so long. There was only one operator sitting. There wasn't even a queue.
