The staff here was friendly, and helpful to me.
Was looking for a specific HVAC part online, left a message. Received an email that they were sorry but did not have it. Nice staff, great selection
I went in to purchase a mobile home hot water heater. They were out. The gentleman at the counter went out of his way trying to help me. He checked other places. He made phone calls directly to the manufacturer. He even offered to call a competitor to try to find one. This is an example of going above and beyond what is expected. Thanks so much for all the effort.
