Bee was so helpful! Was able to have a replacement fan blade sent to my house in 2-3 days versus 2 weeks for my Goodman unit.
Let me 1st say that I'm a DIY warrior. My house AC went out and I decided to try to fix it on my own before calling a technician. I decided to start with changing out the capacitor. I went in to the store and Brooke held my hand and made sure that I got everything that I needed. She was extra patient and helpful. Truly a blessing!
