Terrible customer service on the phone
I special ordered a part they told me it would take a week to get there. I come back a week later with no part. They didn't order it, so then they said they would next day the part to me. I come back a couple days later and no part. They said there was an inventory issue and the part wasn't there and counter guy didn't seem to care about it. Two week ordeal. Pretty poor customer service. Hard to try and use brick and mortar and they blow you off like this. Part ordered online now.
