Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We were originally told the owner Jerry Ferguson would fix our floors in our new house. After he stated he could 100% take care of it and gave us a better price than our other estimates we decided to go through him. I had the pleasure of using Jerry of Ferguson Home Inspections for my first home and pest inspection. He was very thorough, timely and very enjoyable to talk to. The current homeowners left a previous inspection packet from a few months before. After finishing the whole process, his inspection report packet was almost double the size of the previous one that was left.
