Our blower fan bit the dust and we had no air conditioning for 4 days. I called Ferguson because their add said "FREE ESTIMATES". When the technician came he immediately started taking out the blower fan...I had to ask him what was wrong and how much it was going to cost me. He didn't ask me if it was ok to take the part with him or if I wanted to continue my service with Ferguson. This is a great company.My furnace was on the blitz when it was freezing cold outside. They were able to come to my house and fix the heater within 3 hours.The rate was reasonable also.Very good customer service.
