I do not shop at Ferguson often, but after checking online, they were the only local supplier that had the specific shower head part I needed. I was greeted promptly and although the employee was not immediately certain the exact item was in stock, he took the time to walk me to the correct area and review several options with me. It was a positive experience, and I would definitely return if I needed specialized or hard-to-find plumbing parts.
