Derrick was at my house to give me a quote the next day after I called. Was really helpful in working with me to get my shop wired up proper with everything i needed. Provided a very reasonable quote and followed it up with getting it done quickly and professionally. He and his team are very personable good guys. Would definitely recommend! Used Derrick Ferguson Electric for my second job with them. Once again a great job at good price! Very punctual and super friendly. Great team. Love the new pot lights and extras!
I called for a small residential job and despite being busy, Dan made time to fit me in. The work was completed quickly and seamlessly. I liked the fact that I was kept in the loop about the time of arrival by text message so the entire time, I was aware of progress. Very pleased with the service and will not hesitate to use Ferguson again. I also have no issue in recommending Ferguson to people in the community because it is evident that customer service is still important to Dan and his team.
