I’ve been dealing with Ferguson Brothers for decades in both commercial and residential settings. Their work is always done well, in timely, affordable fashion. I’ve known their repairmen so long, I just left a key available for them. When I got home from work, the job was completed and they’d gone to another job. Great work fellas!

I got a thermostat from them they claimed was brand new and charged me the amount for a brand new one. It wasn't, evident by the burn mark I found on the inside when I brought it home, and didn't even work. They refused to let me return it. I had asked for a specific model before that they claimed wasn't sold anywhere anymore. I ended up finding the model I wanted, brand new, for less than half of what they charged me for the nonworking used one. Very poor experience with Ferguson brothers! Called them out to our house in wayne 3 months ago for a gas leak, they removed some lines we asked them to then tested for leaks, fixed one (supposedly) and said there must be a leak in the service line in the ground. After waiting a month on a quote that we never received to replace the service line, we had another contractor come out and replace it.
