First, I am okay with the quality of work. This review is mostly for the price that I paid. 1. Hour calculation: It might be usual in the industry, however, in my opinion paying two person $140/hour for driving and shopping at Home Depot for two hours is way too much. I understand they are spending that time while driving, it should be compensated, however, the compensation must be reasonable. 2. Price of the parts were 50% above the actual price. We had a toilet that wasn't flushing correctly. Two problems were involved, the flushing mechanisms as well as the sewer line needed to be flushed out. The technicians arrived exactly when they said they would, they worked on the problem, listening to me carefully, and had it fixed in under an hour. We always trust these guys! I called them late on a Friday to get someone out. Not an emergency. They called 8am Monday, had someone out within an hour of me calling them back. Did a camera scope of our sewer thru the access line. Very professional, prompt, and explained things on a level I could understand. Good folks.
