Always great service and will give military discount.
Initially, we were fearful that our drywall would need to be cut into, but the technicians quickly found a failing regulator. They would not need to do any demolition. Even though they had to go get additional part/s, everything was completed in a timely manner. We have used Ferguson Brothers in the past and were satisfied then, and we are happy to say we are satisfied with today's job. We have not received our bill, so I can't comment on the price.
Keith and Ferguson Brothers have been helping us out for several years and is always polite and friendly.
Plumbing issues are extremely stressful! But Ferguson Bros. lowered the negative impact. Called one day, they were here the nxt morning. Techs Bob & Dave were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful to my situation. Though the job was more involved than I realized initially, they took care of it. Thank you!
