DO NOT USE. This property company is scamming renters and provides uninhabitable properties. They raise max rent (9%) as often as they can-look forward to that every 6 months to a year. Water was out in whole complex for looonnnggg past the legal time period and was only remedied after renters reported to city. Unsafe. Your property will be broken into and stolen and the property refuses cameras or security despite the endless rent hikes. Heat was out for 29 days because legally 30 days rent is void.
