Two years ago I purchased a light fixture for my son and his wife from Kari in Wausau. This year a globe and bulb was accidentally broken. I called Kari asking for info on the fixture to replace the bulb and globe. She identified the fixture but has not responded to two voicemails and three emails. This fixture now sells for $729 and is far too expensive to replace. I will contact Hinkley directly to try and obtain the replacement parts and will not bother Kari or Ferguson in Wausau again!
