Excellent place to get your plum ing suppplies
We visited the Florence showroom on Friday of last week and we did not know that an appointment was required a head of time. We came from out of town specifically to visit this business. We were totally ignored and no one even spoke with us. What has happened to Customer Service. It no longer exist at this business. We eventually walked out and will not go back again. Poor, poor, no existent customer service. This is why businesses are failing.
Not impressed...very high price for some items you can find in big box stores...good selection but very costly!
