Great place to shop, but the things in the store seem very very expensive
We shopped for our new home in 2021. Everything was smooth. I just wanna say Greg Schultz from Ferguson Oak Brook is absolute best. We had some issues with products and he resolved every matter. Even now 4 years later I would emailand ask him for help and he always super responsive and helpful. Excellent sales person!
Great selection. Staff was very helpful in the entire process of picking and ordering.
Remodeling my condo bathroom due to sewer flood damage. Ordered a tub and toilet online with no issues, had it shipped to my condo, arrived when scheduled. Needed all new hardware, faucets, shower heads, etc. This place isnt cheap but no one is these days, however if you want selection this is the spot, if you want to see what your buying face ro face this is the spot, and the customer service was also very good.
