I do not recommend this business for your home needs. We worked with reputable renovation company who works with Ferguson and therefore purchased our fixtures and appliances through Ferguson. So, we spent quite a bit of money for our new kitchen and a powder room. They were nice at first, but their customer service is bad when something doesn't go quite right. My wife and I walked into the store, were never greeted or acknowledged the entire 45 minutes we were in the store. We even asked for help 30 minutes in and told the woman at the front desk we were pretty much ready to spend EASILY $2000 if not $3000 we just had a couple questions and were still not helped, not even told to wait a little bit because they were busy....
On two separate projects I made an appointment to talk with a sales person in the showroom because my contractor likes to order from Ferguson. On both projects the sales person ghosted me after the appointment, failing to provide requested information and pricing . Its a good thing they have a website because their sales people seem unable to provide any follow up.
