This company and especially this location has earned a customer for life, my next remodel will be the kitchen and I will be immediately coming to Ferguson. I did a remodel on my bathroom and Annie M. Was so helpful on my multiple visits. Very knowledge, very friendly and very polite. I will be referring my friends and family here. I can’t lie when I read the reviews on this particularly store i definitely went in with hesitation but wanted to see items in person. We were pleasantly surprised when we were greeted upon walking in. We then were greeted by a very friendly CS employee. I was still hesitant because of all the reviews. Sue was the best in oakbrook location We order 2 sinks and 2 sets of faucets!! They under promise and over delivered the sinks and the faucet showed up in two days when they told us it would be about a week fantastic thank you everyone there
