I was searching for furnishings for a home build and included Ferguson Home in my itinerary. Upon arrival, I browsed appliances and then light fixtures, taking pictures. A female employee at a desk saw me but didn't greet me. Another female employee was busy with a customer. I then saw a male employee at another desk, also ignoring me after eye contact.
