Customer Pays for Damaged Goods Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased $8000 worth of bathroom products from Fergusons. One vanity arrived damaged. They are having me send them a picture of the damage and making me put the vanity in my car and drive it back to them. And... they are charging me a restocking fee. What vendor charges the customer for damaged goods and makes them find their own way to return the damaged product.

Prices are good - when shopping the Internet, they will usually beat distant suppliers who are trying to compete on price alone. Yet with a neighborhood kitchen and bath store, you can get the advantage of going to see and touch the product and get some excellent advice from their sales staff.If you plan to remodel -- you'll be happy you visited Fergusons first!
