If I could give a zero I would. I used to be a fan of Ferguson. I spent over $100,000 for my Pennsylvania home. I then used Ferguson for my new build in Florida overlooking Boca Grande. We spent close to $250,000 for kitchen appliances and plumbing and the installers made a number of mistakes. The biggest mistake they made they refused to fix. We purchased all of our bathroom parts at Ferguson. After 2 years the shower head snapped and we went to Ferguson for help on the Moen part#. The receptionist at the store would not help us with anything and all she did was repeat herself with “you have to call Moen directly we can’t help you”. They were very helpful when we wanted to purchase things but not when you have a problem with an item purchased from their store. Very disappointed in them. Will go elsewhere for all my future purchases.
