Terrible, service with a large showroom. I walked in wanting to buy all new sinks, faucets, showers and multiple things for a remodel. I was ignored, despite 3 folks in the back and two working in the showroom at their desks. Finally after being patient for over a half an hour, I asked for some help. Where to begin? Visited for new build to look at plumbing, etc. Girl at front desk was great. Guy when I left was really sweet too (Eric?) BUT I did get a little disturbed by a young salesman that was working with a customer the duration of my visit on 5/6/26. When I was about to leave, I made a final sweep just to revisit a shower head I want to buy.
