Went there today wanting to buy several things, towel bars, lighting (chandelier & pendents) for my new built home. We were totally ignored.as if we were not there at all. Salespersons looked at us and kept talking to their customer, no acknowledgement or a "we'll be with you shortly" anything would have been nice. Not going back there!
Beautiful store! However, tile was not available to view.
Came in to shop for multiple different items for a remodel. The lady at the front desk was friendly upon walking in. She asked if I needed help but told her I wanted to take a look around before getting into what I was actually needing. Was impressed by the options in the showroom and took my time looking. When I got back up to the front I asked a question to the same lady who greeted me and was told that because she “wasn't a consultant” that’s she wasn’t able to give me any information. Great showroom with good number of options of kitchen and bathroom, already preset that people can simply order the way it is. I strongly recommend to make an appointment to have a salesman dedicated to you and your questions.
Terrible, service with a large showroom. I walked in wanting to buy all new sinks, faucets, showers and multiple things for a remodel. I was ignored, despite 3 folks in the back and two working in the showroom at their desks. Finally after being patient for over a half an hour, I asked for some help. Seemingly annoyed, she handed me a card and suggested I make an appointment. I then went out to my car and started the process of making an appointment.
